Urban Design Partners is assisting properties owners Wade Miller – Skyline Townes, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to amend the current conditional site plan of an approximately 0.95 acre site (the “Site”) located at 955 Seigle Avenue currently zoned UR-C(CD) zoning district (Parcel IDs 081-084-15). The proposed site plan amendment will incorporate phasing of proposed improvements illustrated within the currently approved conditional site plan.
