Urban Design Partners is assisting NVR, Inc. with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Town of Troutman seeking to amend the current conditional site plan of an approximately 276.26 acre site (the “Site”) located along Weathers Creek Road currently zoned RA to CZ-RM zoning district (Parcel IDs 4750924960, 4760034830, 4760131733 and 4750953208). The proposed site plan includes the development of a single family community, trail network throughout the site and amenity areas.
