- Provide administrative support to the engineering and landscape architecture teams
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support project management with administrative tasks such as tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Instill & cultivate an environment of enjoyment/fun within the office.

Required Qualifications
