Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the engineering and landscape architecture teams
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support project management with administrative tasks such as tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Instill & cultivate an environment of enjoyment/fun within the office.
• Facilitate collaborative relationships with clients, teaming partners and in-house team.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management software system is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge/experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction fields is a plus but not required.

• Manage quality and accuracy of deliverables
• Serve as a technical resource to the project team and client
• Stamps/seals work performed and work performed by those under direct supervision
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Assist in business development activities
• Mentor junior staff
• Project types: residential, commercial, urban infill, mixed use, industrial, hospitality, parks & rec.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in land development and/or rezoning/land entitlements
• Registered as a  Landscape Architect (PLA)
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficient skill and experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Lumion
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• A team player that is committed to a collaborative design process and the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to manage staff and time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with applicable federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements
• Knowledge and experience assisting with assembling permitting and construction document packages
