Urban Design Partners is assisting properties owners Eid Refaey – A & E Rental Homes, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 0.371 acre site (the “Site”) located at 920 Parkwood Avenue from R-5 zoning district to the UR-2 zoning district (Parcel IDs 081-141-05). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a residential community with 11 single-family townhomes.
