Langtree Mixed-Use

Urban Design Partners is assisting Gray Messier – PDC Land Acquisition, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Mooresville Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 17.9-acre site (the “Site”) located along Alcove Road from RLS zoning district to the C-CM zoning district (Parcel IDs 4645531988.000, 4645530152.000, 4645532220.000, 4645522946.000, 4645521953.000, 4645520859.000, 4645429876.000). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a mixed-use development with apartments, townhomes, commercial/retail space and green space throughout.
