Urban Design Partners is assisting Carter Acquisitions, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 31.41-acre site (the “Site”) located at 10029 Old Statesville Road from BP zoning district to the MUDD (CD) zoning district (Parcel IDs 025-051-03 and 025-051-02). The proposed rezoning is to accommodate a mixed-use development with townhomes, apartment, and commercial uses.
