Urban Design Partners is assisting properties owners Tim Pratt – Copper Builders (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 1.58-acre site (the “Site”) located at 2058 Lynnwood Drive from R-17MF zoning district to the UR-2 zoning district (Parcel ID 151-142-88). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a residential community with 22 single-family townhomes.
