Urban Design Partners is assisting properties owners and Jim Allen, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the City of Greensboro seeking to rezone an approximately 8.7-acre site (the “Site”) located on Flemingfield Road from AG zoning district to the RM-12 zoning district (Parcel ID 4741261714, 4741164796 and 4741164993). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a single-family attached townhome community.
