Urban Design Partners is assisting Soho Housing Partners and The Paces Foundation (the “Developer”) with a Housing Trust Fund Proposal with the City of Charlotte. The site is located at 4115 and 4119 West Tyvola Road (Parcel ID 14524203 & 14524204). The proposed development is for a residential community with up to 100 Multi-Family Stacked (Apartment) units.
