Urban Design Partners is assisting Penmith Holdings, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 5.24-acre site (the “Site”) located at 7123 Mallard Creek Road from the INST (CD) zoning district to the N2-A (CD) zoning district (Parcel ID 043-215-05). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of multi-family attached, townhome dwellings.
