Lagoona Bay

We are assisting Jake Palillo – Bi-Part Development, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional District Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Town of Huntersville Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 263.01-acre site (the “Site”) located at 12734 Sam Furr Road from R, TR zoning districts to the TND-U (CD), HC (CD), and NR (CD) zoning districts. The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a crystal lagoon, hotel, convention center, condos, retail, single family homes, townhomes, and apartments.
