Urban Design Partners is assisting Kingdom Development Partners, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 11.16-acre site (the “Site”) located at the 5701 Paw Creek Road from the N1-A zoning district to the N2-A (CD) zoning district (Parcel’s ID 059-131-48, 051-131-49, 051-131-50, 051-131-06). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of multi-family attached, townhome dwellings.
