Urban Design Partners is assisting Kingdom Development Partners, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 23.37-acre site (the “Site”) located at 8001 Neal Road from the R-8MF(CD) zoning district to the N2-B (CD) zoning district (Parcel’s ID 047-11-202, 047-11-206). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of multi-family stacked and multi-family attached dwellings.
