Petition# 2024-087 Grier Towns

Urban Design Partners is assisting Penmith Holdings, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 6.79-acre site (the “Site”) located at 8935 Grier Road from the N1-A zoning district to the N2-A zoning district (Parcel ID’s 105-082-03 and 105-082-13). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of multi-family attached (Townhome) residential units.
