We are assisting properties owners Scott Allred – Precept Construction, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Charlotte Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 13.02-acre site (the “Site”) located at 9600 Albemarle Road from B-2 & R-3 zoning districts to the R-12MF zoning district (Parcel ID 109-381-08). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a residential community with up to 60 single-family townhomes.
