Urban Design Partners is assisting rezoning petitioners Oz Realty, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the City of Gastonia Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 21.26-acre site (the “Site”) located at 841 Shannon Bradley Road, from the RS-8 and RS-12 zoning districts to PD-RRDD. The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a residential community with up to 136 Single-Family Attached (Townhome) units.
