840 Brawley School Road Rezoning

Urban Design Partners is assisting rezoning petitioner Dyer Marine LKN, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition with the Town of Mooresville to rezone an approximately 4.15-acre site (the “Site”) located at 840 Brawley School Road from the C-CM (Conditional-Corridor Mixed Use) zoning district to the C-CC (Conditional-Community Commercial) zoning district (Parcel ID 4637805220). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of Mastercraft Boat Sales and Services Center.
