Urban Design Partners is assisting rezoning petitioners Errin & Andrea Brown and LGI Homes – NC, LLC (the “Petitioners”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the Town of Granite Quarry Planning Department seeking to rezone an approximately 76.55-acre site (the “Site”) located at 0 St. Pauls Church Road from AG and PUD (CUD) zoning districts to the SFR-2 zoning district (Parcel ID 404 104, 404 154).
