This infill single-family project was one of Urban Design Partners very first projects in 2005. The subdivision is located within Quail Hollow neighborhood in Charlotte and is now a well established single-family community. The development contains 25 lots with a wide range of architectural home styles including traditional Italian villa to modern French countryside. UDP provided land planning and land development permitting services for the client and coordinated with numerous jurisdictional reviewers and stakeholders during the permitting process.
