Southbound

Southbound is a unique restaurant that features a variety of “Southern California street food.” The restaurant has an open-air concept and conveniently located next to The Music Yard. The building was an old paint store that was transformed into the multi-tenant building. UDP was responsible for the rezoning, site planning and permitting of the site. The site had existing buildings that were renovated to turn into a restaurant and lounge area with additional parking.
