Shinn Farms

Shinn Farms is an upcoming single-family subdivision in Troutman, NC with approximately 598 lots. UDP served as the rezoning agent and is currently taking the 238-acre site through land development permitting. This large single-family community development has an extensive trail network with concrete and mulched paths throughout the entire site and a proposed connection to the Sanders Ridge Greenway. Throughout the trail network are various smaller amenity locations and pedestrian bridges to encourage users to activate the site and engage within their community.
