Get to Know the UDP Team Better!

UDP’s team is guided by professional designers who are committed to the process of growing a vision into reality. We build on past experience to create innovative designs. We combine our talent and knowledge in engineering, planning and landscape architecture to provide intelligent and creative direction. UDP’s team comes from all types of backgrounds ranging from general construction to architecture!

Two of our newest team members, Savannah and Alexa, made the leap from designing the building itself to designing sites/communities. They come from a background of architecture and interior design. Both team members share a passion for their community and want to make a difference through design. Equipped with their Masters in Urban Design from UNC Charlotte, they are ready to truly make a difference throughout the Carolina’s!

The UDP team looks forward to having them and seeing them grow professionally!

Little Long Creek RZ APPROVED!

UDP leads another successful rezoning in Dallas, NC! The development program for the site is approximately 529 single-family homes with proposed amenity areas and trails on either side of the site. This rezoning required a traffic impact study to better understand the current pattern and explore possible road improvements to be made. Our team worked closely with the Town of Dallas, client and community to get this proposed project approved and will continue to collaborate with them throughout the permitting and construction process.

East Side Flats Land Development Approval

Another UDP project coming near you soon! This multi-family development features 4 buildings (approximately 161 units), a single public street, surface parking and two dumpster facilities. UDP is assisting Elmington Capital with their continuous effort to provide affordable housing to emerging neighborhoods across the nation. East Side Flats is just another project towards their mission that will provide affordable residential units while complimenting the neighborhood.
