Urban Design Partners (UDP) was founded in Charlotte, NC in 2005 with a vision to provide comprehensive land development services with a and focus on customer service, quality, and innovation throughout the Carolinas. Today, we have evolved into an integrated team of landscape architects, civil engineers, planners, and urban designers that who take pride in building community and ensuring both form and function are considered throughout the design process. UDP’s portfolio of work includes projects at all scales where our innovative design solutions lead to places that connect people, nature, and economy. Although UDP has been assisting clients throughout the Carolinas for over 15 years, it wasn’t until 2019 that UDP established an office location in Rock Hill. Our office is located along the Freedom Walk in Old Town. UDP is excited about the future of our Rock Hill office and the possibilities of growing our team and our portfolio in the area.
Ayrshire Townhomes
Approximately 15 acres 97 townhome units UDP had the opportunity to partner with Mattamy Homes on this townhome development in York County. Our team provided a variety of land development services for the community. The Ayrshire Townhome community has about 97 units, clubhouse with a playground and pool, and private streets.
Nevin Chamberlain-Gentry
Nevin Chamberlain-Gentry, who works in our Rock Hill office, is a senior designer with more than 4 years of experience on land development projects varying in scope and scale. Nevin doesn’t just design awesome spaces, in his spare time he builds custom furniture and has become quite an accomplished brew master!
