UDP Project: The Address Galleria
Another UDP project completed! The Address at Galleria had their grand opening last month and has started moving tenants in. This was a unique project for UDP due to the careful integration with significant existing site elements including an existing historic cemetery. Our team provided rezoning, site planning, landscape and amenity design, permitting and construction administration services for this project.
New Team Members
The UDP Charlotte AND Raleigh team is growing! We are excited to have some new team members join us! Some of you may remember Ellen (left) was here a little over a year ago as an intern from Purdue. She has officially rejoined our team as a landscape designer and we are excited to have her join us permanently! Nick (middle) has joined our Charlotte office but will be moving to the Raleigh office. Although our Charlotte team may not let him go if they don’t get their monthly honey supply! Nick has honey bee hives that he tends to. Owen (right) joins the Charlotte team as a civil designer. He was working in Florida before he decided to venture back up the coast.
