WINECOFF RZ APPROVED!
Winecoff is approximately 40-acres and will be a single-family community in Troutman, North Carolina. The proposed development’s amenities include a greenway trail network with green spaces throughout the community. UDP was responsible for the coordination with the client, reviewers, and community members throughout the rezoning process and the approved site design was developed from this collaboration and resulting feedback. UDP understands the importance of having the stakeholder’s backing for any project and our team always strives for a plan where all involved are excited to see the development program approved. UDP RECRUITING: CAREER FAIR EDITION
It’s that time of year to head back to school to recruit team members! This past month UDP alumnae of USC and Purdue attended the career fairs at their alma maters. We met some awesome students and have even sent out a few offers for internships as well as full-time positions upon graduating! Our team loves having the chance to visit their schools again and talk to students about working in land development. Charlotte, Raleigh and Rock Hill are always looking for new team members to join them! If you’re a civil or landscape designer who wants to work in land development, loves a good nerf battle and is a craft beer connoisseur, you might be a good fit for UDP.
