TRUELOVE REZONING APPROVED!
Truelove Multi-Family is a proposed apartment community along NC 87 Highway in Sanford, NC. The community would provide a transitional buffer between residential and neighboring commercial developments. It would also provide connectivity and access improvements to the commercial properties. The multi-family community is proposed to have approximately 180 units with amenities such as: clubhouse, fitness center, pool, BBQ area, fire pit and dog park.
920 PARKWOOD REZONING APPROVED!
920 Parkwood is a proposed French inspired facade townhome community at the corner of Parkwood Avenue and Harrill Street. This townhome community would have approximately 9 units with a private alley, common open space and sidewalks. Community input, pedestrian safety, and existing site conditions played an important role in the design and success of the rezoning.
