RALEIGH HAS MOVED!
UDP is excited to announce our team has moved into its new office space located in the Wells Fargo Building in downtown Raleigh! The RDU team has had some amazing growth over the last few years and show no sign of slowing down! Brian Richards and Salman Moazzam have worked tirelessly to build a great team in Raleigh and continue to build a diverse portfolio of projects. With several new projects under construction we cant wait to see what lies ahead for the Raleigh team!
HODGES STREET REZONING APPROVED!
UDP assisted Beacon Partners in the successful PDD rezoning for a new mixed-use residential development in the Midtown Waterfront District in Raleigh. 912 Hodges Street is located at the epicenter of the rapidly changing Wake Forest Road and Atlantic Avenue corridors. Located along the southern edge of Crabtree Creek opposite the planned waterfront park and Midtown-St. Albans Area Plan. The project proposes two multifamily buildings, on-site amenities and proposes the development of a new public park and pedestrian connection to the Crabtree Creek Greenway Trail in collaboration with the City of Raleigh.
