M Station

Urban Design Partners teamed up with Goode Properties to begin a significant mixed-use revitalization project on Charlotte’s MORA neighborhood. Goode Properties relied on UDP to provide land development permitting services for multiple project sites which included retail, office, a community park, state road improvements and a multi-building residential project within the Silver Oak community along Monroe Road. M-Station includes 260 residential units within five buildings, an amenity pool deck and an integrated clubhouse within the main building. Urban Design Partners provided initial conceptual planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this initial project set to rehabilitate the east side of Charlotte.
