Larue Townhomes

Larue Townhomes is a residential development located in Wendell, NC. The project consists of 81 townhouse units with associated amenities. There is a mix of front loaded and rear loaded townhomes within the development. UDP worked with our client to provide site design, land development and planning services, and construction documents services. The project extended an existing public street and created a new public street to connect the development with Wendell Blvd. The project also included the design and construction of two public alleys for internal site circulation.
