Kelly Drive

Kelly Drive is a new townhome community in Sanford, NC. The UDP team was responsible for leading the conditional rezoning of the site to allow for smaller lot sizes for the proposed townhomes. The community is designed for approximately 76 units with possibilities to connect to other future developments. There is open space for the community to enjoy and public streets with a few access points to Kelly Drive.
