INCEPTION –First step is for us to listen. What are your goals and visions for the project?
CONCEPTION –Our team then dives into data collection where we identify potential challenges and opportunities.
VISIONING – This is the transition stage where we move from data collection to ideation of what the project could be. Ideally, matching your goals with the project.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN –Our team then take the data and starts designing various layouts to further refine that original vision, making sure project reaches its full potential.
VALIDATION – We present the design to you and get your feedback. Our team implements the feedback for your approval.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT – Once a design is approved, we can work to create a more detailed site plan from the concept.
REFINEMENT – We get feedback from you about the overall design and maybe do some preliminary pricing exercises. This can help guide the project as we move into final documentation.
DOCUMENTATION –Building from your feedback, we work to develop construction documents or the execution of your goals and visions.
REALIZATION – Permits and approvals are rolling in (the inbox mainly)!
CONSTRUCTION – We provide support to the construction team by resolving issues, timely feedback, preparing as-built drawings and certifications as needed.
COMPLETION – You have our support until the vision is realized and construction is finished.
