Elevation Church - Raleigh Campus

UDP provided site design, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the Elevation Church campus in Raleigh. The campus encompasses a 29,000 square foot building accompanied by 338 parking spaces. To accommodate a significant amount of pedestrian movement, sidewalks are strategically placed throughout the parking lot and encircle the structure, ensuring ample space for foot traffic. Situated within the Falls Watershed Protective Overlay District, the site adheres to the requirement of preserving 40% of the lot as wooded area. With the aid of innovative landscape design, this site was carefully planned to meet and exceed this particular requirement.
