Edifice Construction Office Building

Edifice Construction contracted Urban Design Partners requesting our assistance with site planning and permit documentation approvals on their new office location along South Blvd. Their building was a barrel roofed airplane hangar, moved from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to its current location in the 1960’s. The building also includes an exceptionally unique artistic entry identifying their address “4111”. This memorable eye-catching “front-door” utilizes multi-color glass and lighting to become a prominent feature along South Blvd.
