300 W Summit

This is a class A office space located in South End on the edge of Uptown. The office building has underground parking for tenants and has prime accessibility to shops, restaurants and transportation. 300 West Summit also has a rooftop terrace that gives a beautiful view of the Charlotte skyline. UDP had the opportunity to provide civil engineering for the 60,000 SF office building. UDP assisted in the design development and the permitting for the building.
