Urban Design Partners is assisting Tay Holdings, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 8.47-acre site (the “Site”) located near Sonoma Valley Drive from the MX-2 INNOV zoning district to the N2-A (CD) zoning district (Parcel ID 031-052-82). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of multi-family attached, townhome dwellings.
