Urban Design Partners is assisting Lynk Capital, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conditional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 0.69-acre site (the “Site”) located at 1105 Allen Street from the UR-3 (CD) zoning district to the N2-C (CD) zoning district (Parcel ID 081-128-04). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a mixed-use, multi-family stacked, development.
