Urban Design Partners is assisting The Paces Foundation (the “Developer”) with a Housing Trust Fund Proposal with the City of Charlotte. The site is located south of the intersection of Dilling Farm Road and Moores Chapel Road in the City of Charlotte (Parcel ID 055-191-68). The proposed development is for a residential community with up to 100 Multi-Family Stacked (Apartment) units.
