If you're requesting less than a week and it's meeting the notice requirements below, you can just send your Studio Manager a meeting invite! If it's a over a week OR you are requesting off with less notice than is required, please talk to your Studio Manager first before sending the meeting invite.
- Requests less than 1 week = 2 week notice to Studio Manager
- Requests equal to 1 week = 1 month notice to Studio Manager
- Requests more than 1 week = 3 months request to Studio Manager
- Requests over 2 weeks = Special Approval Required
Login into Dominion and go to the Pay History tab and select "View Pay Stub." It will open in a new tab. For W-2, there is a tab for W-2/ACA/1099 Form and you'll pick the year you need it for.

Remote policy is 2 days per week. Depending on your experience, you could begin this after 6 months (1+ year experience) or after 1 year (entry level). We understand life happens and you may need to work remote, communicate this with your supervisor in advance to let them know and add to Time-Off Calendar for one-off days.
