7852 Arboretum Drive Community Meeting

Urban Design Partners is assisting Arbo, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Conventional Rezoning Petition in the City of Charlotte to rezone an approximately 1.40-acre site (the “Site”) located at 7852 Arboretum Drive from the O-15 zoning district to the CAC-1 zoning district (Parcel’s ID 213-441-77). The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate renovations to the existing bank, allowing a larger building footprint.
