Rhyne Station Rezoning

Urban Design Partners is assisting PDC Land Acquisitions, LLC (the “Petitioner”) with a Rezoning Petition that has been filed with the City of Charlotte seeking to rezone an approximately 36.23-acre site (the “Site”) located on the north side of Old Moores Chapel Road, east of Interstate 485 and south of Mount Holly Road (PIDs 055-081-20, 055-091-06 & 055-091-07) from MX-2 & R-4 zoning district to the R-12MF(CD) & Neighborhood Services (NS) zoning district. The proposed rezoning will be to accommodate the development of a residential multi-family development with a neighborhood oriented commercial use within the development area.
