Rhyne West Rezoning Approved!
This site is located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of the Charlotte and was previously zoned CC. UDP guided Orissa Holdings through the rezoning of the site to CC SPA. The petition was approved April 19, 2021. This new zoning will allow for the proposed multi-family development which would have approximately 336 units and amenity areas. UDP has begun work on developing the permit documents for this site.
9900 Mt Holly Rezoning Approved!
This site is also in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of the Charlotte and was previously zoned R-17MF and R-3. UDP guided the project through the rezoning process with successful efforts in rezoning the site to R-17MF(CD). The petition was approved March 15, 2021 and UDP is currently working on the permitting documents for the multi-family development. Once completed, the development will have approximately 221 units with multiple amenity areas and public and private road improvements to serve the site.
