This site is also in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of the Charlotte and was previously zoned R-17MF and R-3. UDP guided the project through the rezoning process with successful efforts in rezoning the site to R-17MF(CD). The petition was approved March 15, 2021 and UDP is currently working on the permitting documents for the multi-family development. Once completed, the development will have approximately 221 units with multiple amenity areas and public and private road improvements to serve the site.
