Cityscape Towns

CityScape Towns is an infill townhome development with a clear Charlotte skyline view. The development has a total of 19 units being a mix of 2 and 3 story units. The 3-story units feature a rooftop terrace, and all the units have garages. Other site features include courtyard units having a private yard. The site has 2 private streets with entries onto Harrill Street and Van Every Street. The site was rezoned to allow for townhomes to be developed on site. UDP guided the project through the rezoning process and guided the construction documents which included: site planning, utility service lines, private streets, grading, and streetscape/improvements.
